People & Culture Administrator

Rivergum is continuing to grow and currently has an exciting opportunity for an P&C Administrator to join our team. This position reports to the P&C Business Partner and is critical in providing accurate and timely administrative support to the business.  This role will be offered on a part-time basis (approximately 2 days per week) on an initial six month fixed term contract.

Construction Cadet Vic

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about starting their career in the construction industry and is able to embrace a progressive and innovative business. You will have a Certificate IV in Construction or similar, with experience in construction coordination and scheduling and strong project management experience with the ability to work with ambiguity and continuously re-organising priorities to meet deadlines.  Your proven ability to communicate effectively, problem solve and work as an effective team member will make you a great fit for our client.

Studio Consultant

We have a unique and rare opportunity for a new Studio Consultant to join our highly innovative team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Plan Lab Studio, delivering exceptional customer service from design and technical know-how, to ensuring all engagements and touch points with the Studio positively influence the overall experience.

Site Manager
We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take the next step in their career by joining our dynamic and dedicated team. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this permanent full-time role is critical to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of a variety of residential construction projects.  Supervising the construction of single and double storey builds from initial site works through to handover you will be responsible for the oversight of allocated builds and actively contribute to the delivery of high-quality homes to our customers – without compromise.

Assistant Sales Consultant (Cadet) (SA)
We have an exciting opportunity for an up-and-coming Sales Associate to join our fast-paced and friendly team. This role will see you trained and mentored for six months while being paid a non-debitable salary and gaining in-field experience ahead of eventual deployment in the role of a New HomeSales Consultant.

Construction Administrator
Rivergum is continuing to grow and currently has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Administrator to join the dynamic Construction Administration Team. This position reports to the Building Administration Manager and is critical in providing accurate and timely admin support.

To support our growth plans, we have a position available for a dynamic and ambitious New Home Consultant to join our high performing Sales team.
