$37m construction contract underpins positive outlook for Victoria

Rivergum Homes is delighted to announce its success as winning proponent to construct 146 independent living units through Lend Lease Retirement in the Aurora precinct – with first on site activity commencing in March 2019.

This is a major achievement for the group and the highest contract ever won – $37M in total to run over 24 months. This takes the business’ growth region to more than 225 dwellings over 2 major projects to be constructed through 2019 and 2020.

It joins the successful ‘YoYo’ terrace home development, also located at Aurora, where 72 Torrens title homes will be constructed. Stage 1 in that project is now sold out, and commencement of construction of the first homes in September 2019 follows completion of civil works that are currently underway.
