Rivergum Homes partnering with the South Australian Housing Authority.

Rivergum Homes is proud to be partnering with the South Australian Housing Authority to deliver 22 brand-new affordable homes in Smithfield Plains.
Part of the Authority’s Affordable Homes Initiative, 12 of the homes will be Torrens titled turn-key and fixed house and land packages priced between $399,000 and $410,000. The remaining 10 homes will be Community titled and priced between $330,000 and $355,000.

The homes are architecturally designed and will be available in two or three bedroom configurations, with a mix of single and double garages. The kitchen, dining, and living areas will be well-appointed, complemented by layouts that facilitate a relaxed lifestyle.
