Prospect
This architecturally designed community features 15 three-storey townhouses and one double-storey home.
Working in close partnership with a private investor, Rivergum developed 16 high-end triple-storey townhouses that complemented an established cosmopolitan neighbourhood. Cleverly designed to overcome challenging land constraints and a steep contour, these turn-key homes created fresh opportunities for people to make home in a
highly sought-after northern suburb of Adelaide.
Kidman Park
This five-stage project offered turn-key, Torrens title two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes designed for affordable housing, located across from Collins Reserve.
Won through a competitive tender process, Renewal SA nominated Rivergum as the preferred building partner for the ‘Renewing Our Streets and Suburbs’ project at Kidman Park, following our national award-winning work on Town Life Living at Playford Alive. Rivergum developed a selection of 23 highly innovative two-storey homes to offer affordable living in a premium location.
