“My experience with Truevest has been great. My parents have only ever rented, so I had no knowledge about the finance process going into my build. When my partner and I decided to stop renting and build our own home, we spoke to Grant from Truevest at one of Rivergum’s house openings at Munno Para. Grant gave us all the information we needed and was really kind about it. We were only 22 at the time and thought most people would see us as young and not worth their time. But Grant spoke to us, gave us so much time, and was really polite.

We didn’t know what to expect when we started our finance journey with Truevest. We thought it was going to be difficult, or that we weren’t going to get finance approval. But Grant and Jess made it simple and answered all our questions, making us feel at ease.

The constant open communication from Grant and Jess was outstanding. They let us know what to expect with Homestart, deposits, and everything. We never received an email with scary surprises. They were really transparent, which made everything simple.

There was a time when I was on the phone with Jess for half an hour, going through loan documents that I didn’t understand. But Jess was so patient and helped me complete my forms, even though it was after 5:00 pm.

When we were initially designing the house, our New Home Consultant was really helpful. Our New Home Consultant Michael ensured the costs were overestimated just in case they increased, but in the end, it turned out to be cheaper than our original quote, even though we had finance approved for a higher amount. Grant and Jess from Truevest have been open with communications relating to our finance.

Michael De Bono was also really helpful with the floorplan side of things at Plan Lab. Plan Lab was a great experience—it was amazing walking through our house and was definitely a highlight.

We love our very open living and dining area. We even went for the 2.7m ceiling to keep the openness!
