Rivergum climbs to #3 homebuilder in Australia in HIA Housing 100 Report 2025/26

Rivergum climbs to #3 nationally for semi-detached homes and becomes South Australia’s largest semi-detached homebuilder.

Rivergum has been ranked the third-largest builder of semi-detached dwellings in Australia in the latest Housing Industry Association (HIA) 100 Report, up from fourth place last year.

The report also confirms Rivergum as the largest semi-detached homebuilder in South Australia, with 523 semi-detached homes completed over the past year. It ranks the company 29th overall among all homebuilders in Australia, with 594 homes in total across the year.

The results come as Rivergum celebrates 32 years as a privately owned builder and begins a new chapter at its corporate headquarters in Bowden.
