It offers a variety of housing options either at below-market prices or through assistance schemes such as shared equity. Our collaboration with the Authority underscores our commitment to ensuring that more people can secure a home of their own without compromising on quality or design.
Recently, Tony Scott, General Manager of Projects at Rivergum, had the opportunity to walk through one of these new Rivergum homes at Blair Athol with Minister Champion. The homes, each thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted, feature two bedrooms, one bathroom, and convenient off-street parking. Each floor plan has been meticulously curated to provide easy and convenient living, all within a modern, high-quality, and architecturally designed home.

Next financial year, we are set to start construction on an additional 17 double-storey homes in Blair Athol.
