Kidman Park
Stage 1 of our involvement in Renewal SA’s ‘Renewing Our Streets and Suburbs’ project at Kidman Park is currently under construction, with around half already completed.
The project, which is split into a four stage sales release, has seen a very successful Stage 1 release, with 11 of 13 homes sold within six weeks. Stages 2 and 3 are now available, with construction to be staged over the next 12 months.
Won through a competitive tender process, Rivergum was nominated as a preferred building partner for the project following our national award winning work with Renewal SA on Town Life Living at Playford Alive. With innovative design and affordability part of the overall housing brief , a range of house & land packages, including a selection of two and three bedroom homes were developed by our team.
