This project offered fresh, contemporary terraces and apartments designed to capture the spirit of the Gold Coast lifestyle, with a real focus on casual indoor/outdoor living.
This project featured 42 homes comprising of 31 terrace homes and 11 apartments. All homes were turnkey and tenant ready, and included a generous balcony and living areas.
All homes were architecturally designed to suit the local areas and were energy efficient with 6-star energy ratings.
