We’ve improved the base plan after taking on board feedback from our many happy owners with the new plan providing luxurious separation between each bedroom and living area.

In the Kensington 43D AS design that we have on display at Miravale, Angle Vale, we’ve responded to the needs of growing families with adult children living at home, the need to host elderly relatives or a guest room, or for a separate income from a long or short-term rental. The separate residence can be selected with either internal or external access, perfect for a rental or BnB!

If the concept of a second independent residence appeals, our Kensington design has a slightly more compact solution for a similar outcome to suit a slightly smaller allotment.
