Like the Avanti, the Clairmont was created for the growing number of established allotment subdivisions becoming available across Adelaide as old homes are redeveloped. These allotments are often narrow but quite deep and offer plenty of scope to produce a spacious and adaptable family home. With added site depth additional bedrooms or living rooms can be seamlessly added.

Multiple façade options exist for the Clairmont, and the design if often widened to suit larger allotments.
