2019 HIA Townhouse/Villa of the Year
Our Lumino terrace display at Lightsview has taken out National Townhouse/Villa of the Year 2019 at the National Housing Industry Australia Awards on Saturday 25th May.
After progressing into the National pool of entrants from our SA win in this category last October, we are absolutely thrilled to have taken out the main honour.
A huge achievement for the company, this display home and floorplan design has been recognised as a light-filled, compact and stylish corner-block abode. On the back of our SA Professional Major Builder win late last year and the UDIA National award win for Jewel Living at Boardwalk Greentree, this recognition as one of Australia’s top builders by the industry’s two peak national bodies in the same year is significant achievement and reflects our continued efforts to ensure our products and our approach are the best they can be.
The Lumino was inspired by a desire to provide a light-filled terrace with a feeling of space. Rivergum Homes recognises that terrace designs can typically be darker inside the home and wanted to challenge this thinking.
